Invitation to join COST Action EEG101 WG1 & ARTEM-IS initiatiative

Dear CuttingEEG colleagues,

We would like to share some timely news that may be of interest to the CuttingEEG community.

As COST Action EEG101 is about to formally launch its Working Group 1 (WG1), the paper describing ARTEM-IS (Agreed Reporting Template for EEG Methodology – International Standard), core standard that WG1 will further develop within the Action, has just been published:

https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/psyp.70187

ARTEM-IS is a collaboratively developed tool for standardized, structured reporting of EEG and ERP methods, designed to improve transparency, reproducibility, and methodological clarity across EEG research. The tool is already available for hands-on exploration, and you can try it in practice by creating an account at:

https://artemis.incf.org

Given the CuttingEEG community’s strong focus on methodological rigor, open science, and best practices in EEG, we would warmly invite interested members to join WG1 of COST Action EEG101 and contribute to the further development, testing, and dissemination of ARTEM-IS.

WG1 activities will begin shortly, and we will soon circulate details about the kick-off meeting and concrete opportunities for involvement.

We would be delighted to have CuttingEEG colleagues involved in shaping this next phase of ARTEM-IS.

Kind regards,
Vanja Ković
WG1 Leader
